Last updated: 20 August 2026
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from Mini Muse through www.minimuse.co.uk.

- About These Terms
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Returns and Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
- Products
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and the materials used.
Because many products are handmade, personalised or made to order, minor variations may occur. These variations do not affect your rights where an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
- Personalisation
You are responsible for checking all names, dates, spellings, sizes, colours and other personalisation details before submitting your order.
We will create personalised products using the information supplied with the order. We may contact you if clarification is required.
Once production has begun, personalised or custom-made orders cannot normally be changed or cancelled. This does not affect your rights if the finished item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
- Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before dispatch where:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment has not been authorised
- We cannot complete the requested personalisation
- There is an obvious pricing or product-description error
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.
- Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your location and include any UK taxes that we are required to charge.
Delivery charges are shown separately before checkout is completed.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal or another displayed payment provider.
- Processing and Delivery
Our usual production time is 3–5 business days before dispatch.
Estimated transit times and delivery charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by postal services, customs checks, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.
Please contact us if an order has not arrived within the expected timeframe.
- International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes or duties imposed by the destination country unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Customs checks may delay delivery. Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.
- Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Personalised and custom-made products cannot normally be returned or cancelled simply because you have changed your mind.
Eligible non-personalised products may be returned in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
These restrictions do not affect your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
- Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact minimuse17@gmail.com if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for further information.
- Delivery Addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or dispatch has begun.
Additional postage charges may apply if an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.
- Website Use
You must not use this website:
- For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- To transmit viruses or harmful code
- To interfere with the website’s security or operation
- To copy or exploit our content without permission
We may restrict access where these terms are breached.
- Intellectual Property
The Mini Muse name, logo, website content, product photographs, graphics and original designs belong to Mini Muse or are used with permission.
They must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
- Reviews and Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing.
We may display submitted reviews or content for business and promotional purposes. We will not claim ownership of your content, and you may contact us if you want us to stop using it.
- Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, couriers or other third parties.
Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
- Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
- Our Responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for business losses suffered by a customer purchasing wholly or mainly for business purposes.
- Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of any delay and keep you informed where appropriate.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when our business, services or legal obligations change. The terms that applied when you placed your order will continue to govern that order.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere, you retain any mandatory consumer protections provided by the law of your country or region. Nothing in these terms removes any right to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
