Processing Time

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

As many Mini Muse products are personalised or made to order, some orders may require the full five business days before dispatch.

United Kingdom Delivery

Standard delivery: £5.99
Free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more.

Delivery normally takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Available European Destinations

Standard international delivery: £14.99.

Delivery normally takes 2–11 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local postal service.

Other Available International Destinations

Standard international delivery: £23.99.

Delivery normally takes 3–17 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local postal service.

Tracking and Delivery Updates

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order has been sent. Tracking information will be included where a tracked service is used.

Customs, Import Taxes and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs charges, import taxes or duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or delivery price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs checks may occasionally cause delays that are outside Mini Muse’s control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Contact minimuse17@gmail.com as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been dispatched.
